Summer Sun? Summer Fun!

I forgot all the pictures i had saved up on our camera from the Patterson family reunion and from doing some other summery things (minus the sun) but here is what we have been up to. Memorial Day weekend was super fun, we had the opportunity to go to Boise and attend a family reunion. We stayed with all the little cousins at Reid and Allisons, and Emery had a blast! The reunion its self for the most part was in Kuna which i think is just a little south of Boise. We ate a lot of Yummy food thanks to mom and dad Patterson and crew. We played some fun games and were able to go swimming at the grandparents hotel which Emery also loved. While in Boise we went to the Nike outlet which was amazing, Dallin got $4 shirts and i got some awesome "fat pants" as i like to call them, which will come on handy in the coming months, for only $5 each! amazing! We also got Emery some really cute little sneakers that will (cross your fingers) still fit her in the Fall, this child grows like a weed! We were all exhausted by the time we got home on Sunday night and sweet Emery was nice enough to sleep the whole way home which i know uncle D-Rock was very happy about. We enjoyed our Monday off just lounging around the house as it stormed like crazy outside. Since memorial day, we have been busy busy busy between friends, family, work, and hobbies this summer has proved to be blowing by crazy fast! We are really looking forward to many exciting happenings in the next few weeks which will probably blow up our blog with pictures and fun stories. First we have my good friend Crystals having her second baby who is a boy and will no doubt be gorgeous just like their daughter Ashlyn (Emerys BFF who is listed below), we then have our big ultrasound on July 6th which as Dallin puts it "will prove if I am a man or not" he is hoping for a boy, i keep telling him that i am just not made to produce male offspring, third super exciting thing is that my mom is coming a week later!!!!! I can't wait! Not my proudest moment as a mother but i figure its a memory so it needs to be shared. Emery was able to have her first visit to the E.R. because she fell out of Crystals window in her living room straight on to her forehead. We were over at the house for a lovely Sunday dinner and the screen popped out, and so did Emery. Shes a real trooper though, no damage besides a bump on the head and a little scratch. Emery is no longer allowed near windows. Picture montage begins now!

The kind of cute part of the whole E.R. experience was that Emy was wearing her Batman jammies and all the nurses were like totally confused whether she was a boy or a girl, it was funny. Shes so cute, what a trooper.
