Recently we had a ward camp out and were able to go camping for the first time in a year. Last years venture to Lava Hot Springs was super fun, but a little hard with our 11month old Emery at night time. This years camping venture was a totally different story! Emery had a blast exploring the camp sight, getting REALLY dirty, and riding on a big girl swing for the first time. We had a lot of fun. The trip was a Friday night over in to Saturday morning, and then Saturday afternoon we were able to go to our friend Summer and Mikes 3yr. old sons birthday. It was a blast. Their was canoe racing, we took the canoes out to find turtles to race, we swam, ate, and Emery painted a beautiful pet rock which lovingly guards our front door. It was probably one of the most busy weekend we had had in a while. Here are some pictures from the events.
