Dallin and I have been given many opportunities to live in different places since we have been married. Vancouver, where we started, Colorado, Nebraska (never again if we can help it), Idaho, and The Dalles, OR. Through all of these places we have gained many amazing friends and made a lot of memories. We have also learned many things. Each state brought its own trials, ones which helped us to grow as a couple and as individuals. We learned new skills and we learned things we didnt want to learn but do to poor choices learned anyways. We are going to be wrapping up our time here in The Dalles and i guess that is the reason for this post. It has been a wonderful blessing to be able to be here. We live in one of the most beautiful states in our country and its wonderful to step out our front door and be immersed in the beauty that surrounds us. We have been blessed to meet wonderful people since we have been here, people that have taken us in and befriended us, and loved us like we were their own family. It's amazing to me that in the world we live that their are still beautiful places like this that haven't been tainted by the world. Oh course we have come across some "characters" here but its pretty typical of any town in the Pacific Northwest. We have very much enjoyed our time here and the opportunity we have had to grow closer together as a family and bond. We so missed that time to be together and we could tell immediately the difference it made just to have the opportunity to be a family again. Dallins job is going wonderful and he is very much enjoying the experience he is getting. We are excited for our new home in Vancouver (going back to our roots) and the opportunities it will bring. We love all of you that take the time to check in on us, we have been truly blessed with amazing friends and family. I wanted to include some pictures of where we have been living since we really haven't shown any.
I bet your backyards not as pretty as ours! :-)
